By confirming the rental booking, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. General Rental Conditions
   
   1. The customer rents the electric bicycle for a specified period as per the booking made.
   2. The bike is to be picked up from the Merekaup rental point in Kuressaare, at Kalevi 26.
      If the bike(s) are delivered to another address, a delivery fee of €25 one-way will be added to the rental price.
   3. The minimum rental age is 16 years.
   4. Upon pickup, the customer must present a valid ID (ID card, driver’s license, or passport).
      
      
2. Equipment and Accessories
   
   1. The customer may request a bike helmet and lock free of charge.
   2. Wearing a helmet is recommended, especially on trails or when riding in traffic.
   3. If leaving the bike unattended (e.g., when entering a shop or visiting sights), it must be securely locked in a safe location.
      
      
3. Usage Terms
   
   1. The customer agrees to use the bicycle responsibly and in accordance with the traffic laws of the Republic of Estonia.
   2. It is prohibited to ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or to hand the bike over to third parties.
   3. The bicycle must not be used in extreme conditions or on terrain that is unsuitable for regular use.
      
      
4. Liability and Damages
   
   1. The customer is responsible for the bicycle and any accessories (e.g., lock, helmet) throughout the rental period.
   2. In the event of theft, loss, or damage, the customer must cover repair or replacement costs according to the company’s price list.
   3. In case of theft, the rental provider must be notified immediately and a police report filed.
      
      
5. Return
   
   1. The bicycle must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition as received.
   2. In case of delay or mechanical issue, please contact us immediately.
   3. Additional charges may apply for late returns or if the bike is returned dirty or improperly adjusted.
      
      
6. Booking Changes and Cancellations
   
   1. Bookings can be changed or canceled at least 24 hours before the rental period begins.
   2. For cancellations made later, the company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental price.
