Saarebike Online Store – Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. General provisions
    1. These terms of sale apply to the legal relationships arising between Reisivabrik OÜ (registry code: 17208383, address: Saare County, Kailuka village, Vinni Pärdi, 94127, hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) when purchasing goods through the online store www.saarebike.ee.
      1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from purchases made through the online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
      1.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change and supplement the terms of sale by publishing the new terms on the online store’s website.
  2. Prices and product information
    1. All prices displayed in the online store are in euros (€) and include VAT.
    2. Unless stated otherwise, the price does not include shipping costs. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed. For goods with pickup location marked as Merekaup store in Kuressaare, no shipping fee is added.
    3. Product images are illustrative and may slightly differ from the actual product.
  3. Placing and confirming an order
    1. To place an order, the Buyer must select the desired products, add them to the cart, and fill in the required fields.
    2. The sales agreement enters into force once payment has been made (via bank transfer, bank link, or other accepted payment methods).
    3. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order (e.g. the product is out of stock), the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the amount paid will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
  4. Delivery and shipping
    1. Goods will be delivered according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer via courier.
    2. The general delivery time is 3–7 business days from receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise. For pre-order products, the delivery time is 21 business days.
    3. If the shipment is delayed or not delivered due to reasons beyond the Buyer’s control, the Seller will take all necessary steps to resolve the issue.
    4. Transport of bicycles delivered by courier is subject to a fee, and in such cases, the consumer will receive a pre-assembled bike packaged in a cardboard box, requiring final assembly. An assembly guide will be provided with the bike.
  5. Right of withdrawal and returns
    1. A consumer Buyer has the right to withdraw from goods purchased from the online store within 14 days of receiving the goods.
    2. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged.
    3. Return costs are borne by the Buyer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product.
    4. The Seller will refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
  6. Claims and liability
    1. The consumer has the right to file a complaint to the Seller regarding non-compliance with the terms of the contract within 2 years from receiving the goods.
    2. A claim must be submitted within 2 months of discovering the defect by sending an email to [info@saarebike.ee].
    3. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use or natural wear and tear of the goods.

       

  7. Processing of personal data
    1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data only for fulfilling orders and in accordance with the applicable data protection policy available on the online store’s website.
    2. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or necessary for delivery.
  8. Dispute resolution
    1. All disputes between the Seller and the Buyer will be resolved by agreement whenever possible.
    2. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved by the Consumer Disputes Committee or the Harju County Court.
